Yes, very important!!
Do you provide Receipts or Invoices?
Yes!!
Without any exceptions and for the total of your expenses including HST.
Will my information be kept Confidential?
Yes, your information will always be confidential.
We will never sell, exchange or provide your information to any other company or third-parties. Your information will be used for the purpose of allowing our Business Service to operate.
However, we are bound to provide information requested by Lawful Authorities.
What do I do about inappropriate behavior while we are on location?
Inappropriate behavior is unacceptable.
If such behavior should occur at your property, please contact us immediately and actions will be taken right away.
What if an injury occurs while we are on location?
Health and safety is our priority, but in the case of an incident at your property you are not liable as long as we have assessed and accepted the job.
Can I leave my children under your care?
No, we do not babysit.
Our insurance does not cover us for such service.
We would prefer if a responsible adult were present in the home at the time of cleaning if children are present.
When is payment due? How do I pay?
The payment is due upon completion of our work unless previously agreed.
We accept Cash and Cheques. A receipt is always provided for the full amount paid including HST.
Can I pay “under the table”?
No, strictly not.
Please do not insist, we are a Law abiding Company.
What are your days and times of operation (Regular Business Hours)?
We Provide Services 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday 7:00am to 10:00pm.
What form of Quality Control do you offer?
After assessing your needs we will provide you with documentation if requested to record and support our services.
